SalesOrderAttachments — a connected app for QuickBooks Online

This Privacy Policy explains how Artisan Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use SalesOrderAttachments (the "App"), a connected application that integrates QuickBooks Online with Data Ninja, Company's internal manufacturing and inventory management system.

1. Information We Access

Through your authorized connection to QuickBooks Online (via Intuit's Developer platform), the App accesses:

File attachments associated with sales estimates in QuickBooks Online.
Related sales estimate and sales order identifiers necessary to match an attachment to the correct open sales order in Data Ninja.
Authentication tokens required to maintain the connection between QuickBooks Online and the App.

The App is designed to access only the data necessary to perform this attachment-transfer function. It does not access other QuickBooks Online data (such as financial reports, customer payment details, or banking information) beyond what is required for this purpose.

2. How We Use Information

Information accessed by the App is used solely to:

Identify attachments on sales estimates in QuickBooks Online.
Transfer those attachments to the corresponding open sales order in Data Ninja.
Maintain the technical connection between QuickBooks Online and Data Ninja (e.g., authentication and error logging).

We do not use this information for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to the attachment-transfer function described above.

3. How We Share Information

Information accessed by the App is shared only between QuickBooks Online and Data Ninja, both of which are used internally by Artisan Labs. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties, except: (a) as required to operate the App (e.g., with Intuit, as the platform through which QuickBooks Online access is authorized), (b) to comply with applicable law, or (c) with your explicit consent.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Attachments and related identifiers transferred by the App are stored within Data Ninja for as long as necessary to support the associated sales order, consistent with Company's standard business record-keeping practices. Authentication tokens are stored securely and are used only to maintain the connection between QuickBooks Online and the App.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information accessed by the App from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices

You may revoke the App's access to your QuickBooks Online data at any time through your QuickBooks Online account's connected apps settings. Revoking access will stop the App from accessing new data, but will not remove data already transferred to Data Ninja prior to revocation.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use by authorized personnel and is not directed at, nor knowingly used by, children under the age of 16.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
