What does it mean? Similar to the saying of “taking something at face value”, you can trust our word. FACE Values resonate with us to our core, and we know these values are meaningful to you as our customer.
We treat employees, suppliers, customers and community as we would our own family. We are respectful and sensitive to our employees and their individual and family needs. We embrace suppliers who desire a relationship-based sourcing model and want to grow with us and our customers. We believe if we are honest and transparent with our customers, they will be loyal and we will grow together. We seek to extend the Artisan Labs’ family influence to support families in our community.
We are true to the values that we identify in our best self. When woven together, these individual value threads create a natural and beautiful tapestry of culture. The varied individual backgrounds and experiences that are the basis for these values bring a great pool of ideas. In sharing, we create an original customer experience.
We deliver more value from less work, with sooner delivery. To maintain our agility, we prioritize interaction over rigid processes and tools. Low stress, high engagement work environment is an essential characteristic of our agility. We are passionate about continuous improvement and innovation.
Core to the nature of an artisan, we are imaginative and inventive. We believe there is an answer to every challenge, and we are committed to finding it. Our ability to rise to each challenge is multiplied as we experiment and discover solutions together.
Craftsmanship is about meeting customer expectations at a personal level. We are committed to understanding what each customer values, and providing a service and product that meets it. Building a masterpiece takes patience. It also takes valuing simplicity over complexity, and quality over quantity. Mastery of our work brings us joy and provides us with a sense of self-worth.
We are committed to maintaining an environment of engagement and empowerment. Individually, we feel empowered to achieve what we seek. Collectively, we are eager to work together with our stakeholders to achieve their goals. We find joy in being a small part of helping others achieve success.
